Pico de Gallo can go with any BBQ/cookout. Tastes great with Spanish rice, chicken wrapped in tortilla or Fajitas!

1 bunch
cilantro roughly chopped
1 large
tomato finely chopped
1 large
white onion finely chopped
2 tsp
3 medium
serranos finely chopped
3 small
limes or lemons *whichever you prefer*

How to Make Pico de Gallo


  • 1Wash veggies,and hands and have a clean space/cutting board.
  • 2When chopping Serrano, do not d-vein or remove seeds. It's what makes the heat! In a large bowl add chopped tomato, white onion, Serrano, salt, juice of lemons *limes*, cilantro, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes for juice to incorporate. Add to rice, or any meat as a side salsa. Enjoy!
