Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white onion, coarsly chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 3 - serrano or jalapeno chilies, cored, seeded, coarsely chopped
  • 2 medium tomateos, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make pico de gallo

  • Step 1
    Process onion, cilantro and chilies; pulse until vey finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and stir in tomatoes; season with salt and pepper.
