    yellow bell pepper -- diced
  • 2 medium
    serranos -- diced
  • 1/8 c
    cilantro -- finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    scallions -- diced
  • 2 clove
    fresh garlic -- diced
  • 2 tsp
    lime zest
  • 1 tsp
  • to taste
    salt & pepper

How to Make Pico de Gallo


  1. Prepare all items as directed in the ingredients.
  2. Toss in a covered bowl and chill in refrigerator.
