This is another of my Great-aunt Naomi's recipes. I can remember eating it, but I have never made it myself. I've estimated the prep and cooking times as there were none given. I have also written it as she did; mis-spelled words and all.

Ingredients
- - 12 green peppers
- - 12 red peppers
- - 12 onions-large
- - 3 pts. vinegar
- - 2 cups of sugar
- - 2 t. (tablespoons) salt
How To Make pepper relish

Step 1Remove the seeds from peppers.

Step 2Peal onions.

Step 3Grind all together, not to finely.

Step 4Pour boiling water over and let stand five min. and drain.

Step 5Cook vinegar, sugar and salt.

Step 6Add peppers and onions, then boilup once.

Step 7Put in hot jars and seal.
