My Ham and Egg McMufflynn

How to Make My Ham and Egg McMufflynn
- Sear or brown your ham slices or chunks. I used leftover smoked ham. Crack eggs on griddle, once whites have set, flip and lightly press with spatula to open yolks. Cook for about 1 min. more. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Butter inside of English muffins and toast on griddle. Flip and spray outside with spray oil and brown. Once you flip, add American cheese to bottom slice, seared ham and egg. Top other slices of muffin.
