    fresh jalapeños
  • 7 small
    fresh tomatoes
  • 1 pinch
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    pepper

How to Make Mexican Home Made Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Place Jalapeños and tomatoes on a grill and grill until a little chard on all sides. You can also do this on top of the stove on a skillet.
  2. Place Jalaeños and tomatoes on a bowl, make sure you take away the stem. Add Salt, garlic salt and pepper and with a potatoe masher and mash them all together. Thats it salsa is done!
  3. P.S If you make this salsa in a blender you can add onion and a whole garlic. For this you need the same as above except for garlic salt. Add the garlic first to blender with a little bit of water so it will liquafy very good, then the onion, tomatoes and jalapeños, plus the salt, and pepper. Cosistancy will be very different (more liquidy)
