I always make this salsa for my Carne Asadas (bqs) Its very hot but can also be made mild, its all up to how much heat you like! Hope you like it. This is the kind of salsa you make on the go....Very easy to make.

Ingredients For mexican home made salsa

    fresh jalapeños
  • 7 sm
    fresh tomatoes
  • 1 pinch
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    pepper

How To Make mexican home made salsa

    Place Jalapeños and tomatoes on a grill and grill until a little chard on all sides. You can also do this on top of the stove on a skillet.

    Place Jalaeños and tomatoes on a bowl, make sure you take away the stem. Add Salt, garlic salt and pepper and with a potatoe masher and mash them all together. Thats it salsa is done!

    P.S If you make this salsa in a blender you can add onion and a whole garlic. For this you need the same as above except for garlic salt. Add the garlic first to blender with a little bit of water so it will liquafy very good, then the onion, tomatoes and jalapeños, plus the salt, and pepper. Cosistancy will be very different (more liquidy)
