Ingredients
- 1 - ripe mango - peeled, pitted and diced (about 1 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 medium red onion - finely chopped
- 1 - fresh jalapeno - minced
- 1 small cucumber - peeled & diced (about 1 cup)
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro - chopped (no stems)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- - salt and pepper
How To Make mango salsa

Step 1Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If the salsa ends up being a little too hot or acidic for your taste, you can temper it by adding some diced avocado.
