How to Make Mango Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the minced onion in a small strainer in the sink and pour the boiling water over it. This will take some of the bite out of the onion and turn it a striking shade of purple-pink.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix gently. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours or more to allow flavors to blend.
