Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely minced
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 - mango, firm
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
How To Make mango salsa

Step 1Place the minced onion in a small strainer in the sink and pour the boiling water over it. This will take some of the bite out of the onion and turn it a striking shade of purple-pink.

Step 2Combine all ingredients and mix gently. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours or more to allow flavors to blend.
