hot jalapeno jelly
3 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
2 1/2 c
chopped peeled pitted mango
1 1/4 c
chopped red bell pepper
3/4 c
chopped red onion
1/3 c
chopped fresh cilantro
jalapeno chili, minced

How to Make Mango Salsa


  • 1Whisk jelly and lime juice in large bowl.
  • 2Mix in all remaining ingredients.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover; chill.)
