Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hot jalapeno jelly
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped peeled pitted mango
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped red bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 - jalapeno chili, minced

How To Make mango salsa

  • Step 1
    Whisk jelly and lime juice in large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix in all remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover; chill.)
