Ingredients

  • 2 cans black beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 bottle balsamic vinegarette dressing
  • 1 can fine diced tomatoes
  • 3 - scallions, diced
  • 1 - avacado, ripe, diced
  • 4 - mozzarella cheese sticks, sliced
  • - tortilla chips

How To Make magic black bean salsa

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, combine black beans, diced tomatoes, scallions, avacado, mozzarella stick medallions and balsamic vinegarette dressing. Stir to combine.
  • Step 2
    Serve with tortilla chips. Store tightly covered in a rubbermaid container for up to 3 days.
