Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 bottle balsamic vinegarette dressing
- 1 can fine diced tomatoes
- 3 - scallions, diced
- 1 - avacado, ripe, diced
- 4 - mozzarella cheese sticks, sliced
- - tortilla chips
How To Make magic black bean salsa

Step 1In a bowl, combine black beans, diced tomatoes, scallions, avacado, mozzarella stick medallions and balsamic vinegarette dressing. Stir to combine.

Step 2Serve with tortilla chips. Store tightly covered in a rubbermaid container for up to 3 days.
