  • 1 bottle
    balsamic vinegarette dressing
  • 1 can(s)
    fine diced tomatoes
  • 3
    scallions, diced
  • 1
    avacado, ripe, diced
  • 4
    mozzarella cheese sticks, sliced

    tortilla chips

How to Make Magic Black Bean Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. In a bowl, combine black beans, diced tomatoes, scallions, avacado, mozzarella stick medallions and balsamic vinegarette dressing. Stir to combine.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips. Store tightly covered in a rubbermaid container for up to 3 days.
