This is one of the sauces I made for grilled fish for my Husband's birthday party. It's delicious on any seafood. I like it on grilled clams as well.

- - 1/2 small english cucumber, deseeded, finely chopped
- - 2 tomatoes,finely chopped
- - 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- - 2 tablespoons cilantro,minced
- - 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- - salt and pepper,to taste
