Ingredients For la vonne's garlic paste

  • 8 md
    heads of garlic (not cloves: chopped finely)
  • 1 bunch
    curly parsley (chopped finely)
  • 1 bunch
    italian parsley (chopped finely)
  • 1/4 bunch
    cilantro, fresh (chopped finely)
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 2 tsp
    coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c
    extra virgin olive oil

How To Make la vonne's garlic paste

  • 1
    Once you have peeled and chopped all your garlic
  • curly leaf and italian Parsley chopped finely
    chop all of your Parsly
  • Your finished product should be this wet.
    Mix all the ingredients together and use liberally as you desire for salad dressing, marinade or for sauteed or stir fried vegetable

    You can add 1 carrot finely chopped it is such a great addition to the the rub
