  • 8 medium
    heads of garlic (not cloves: chopped finely)
  • 1 bunch
    curly parsley (chopped finely)
  • 1 bunch
    italian parsley (chopped finely)
  • 1/4 bunch
    cilantro, fresh (chopped finely)
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 2 tsp
    coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c
    extra virgin olive oil

How to Make La Vonne's Garlic Paste


  1. Once you have peeled and chopped all your garlic
  2. chop all of your Parsly
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and use liberally as you desire for salad dressing, marinade or for sauteed or stir fried vegetable
  4. You can add 1 carrot finely chopped it is such a great addition to the the rub
