Ingredients
- 8 medium heads of garlic (not cloves: chopped finely)
- 1 bunch curly parsley (chopped finely)
- 1 bunch italian parsley (chopped finely)
- 1/4 bunch cilantro, fresh (chopped finely)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
How To Make la vonne's garlic paste

Step 1Once you have peeled and chopped all your garlic

Step 2chop all of your Parsly

Step 3Mix all the ingredients together and use liberally as you desire for salad dressing, marinade or for sauteed or stir fried vegetable

Step 4You can add 1 carrot finely chopped it is such a great addition to the the rub
