We use this for salads, meats and vegetables. Everyone has me make this for them so they have it once I leave

Ingredients

  • 8 medium heads of garlic (not cloves: chopped finely)
  • 1 bunch curly parsley (chopped finely)
  • 1 bunch italian parsley (chopped finely)
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro, fresh (chopped finely)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil

How To Make la vonne's garlic paste

  • Step 1
    Once you have peeled and chopped all your garlic
  • curly leaf and italian Parsley chopped finely
    Step 2
    chop all of your Parsly
  • Your finished product should be this wet.
    Step 3
    Mix all the ingredients together and use liberally as you desire for salad dressing, marinade or for sauteed or stir fried vegetable
  • Step 4
    You can add 1 carrot finely chopped it is such a great addition to the the rub
