My sister, Kaye always makes her own Taco Sauce, and I enjoyed it. You can make it as spicy as you like it.

Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 8 - 14 - chili peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon oregno
- 1 tablespoon chili juice
- 1 tablespoon wesson oil
- 1, 15 ounces can tomato sauce
How To Make kayes special taco sauce

Step 1Put onion, chilis, oregano, & chili juice in blender or food processor. Add small amount of tomato juice, and process for just a minute or less. It chops very fast so stop blender real soon to check it. Then add remaining tomato sauce and turn blender on just long enough to combine.

Step 2Will keep in a jar in the refrigerator for quite awhile.
