this is a *no cook* simple recipe that can be used as a salsa dip, or a topping for yellow rice,grilled chicken or pork, or a Spanish omelet.....this one also was written in our local hospital workers cook book....and I didn't change a thing!........K.:)

Ingredients
- 2 jars thick and chunky salsa
- 1 can whole kernal corn w/ pimento (drained)
- 2 cans pineapple tidbits (drained)
- 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- - black olives
How To Make is it a salsa dip? or a topping?

Step 1Mix all ingredients together..and garnish w/ black olives

Step 2serve as a dip....also delicious as a topping for yellow rice...meat or eggs!........K. :)
