How to Make Game Day Salsa

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cut vegetables into small pieces and put into a bowl with 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of lemon juice. Add salt and pepper and Accent and mix well.
  • 2In your blender, combine stewed tomatoes, chili powder, 1/2 cup of ketchup, 1 1/2 cups of water for 30 seconds. Add this mixture to the vegetables and mix well with a big spoon. Add oregano, sugar, and any more of the spices to your taste.
  • 3Be creative and taste the mixture as you go to decide whether you need to add any other ingredients. (The ketchup and sugar are to kill a little of the strong vinegar and lemon juice.)
