Ingredients
- 3 - on-the-vine tomatoes
- 1 - jalapeno peppers (i leave just a few seeds in)
- 1 - tomatillos, fresh
- 1 - serrano chiles
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 - red bell pepper
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- - juice of one lime
- 1/4 - medium yellow onion
- 2 - garliccloves
How To Make fresh homemade salsa

Step 1Quarter tomatoes, peppers, and tomatillo. Depending on your taste, remove some or all of the ribs and seeds from jalepeno and serrano peppers.

Step 2Process all ingredients except onion in food processor, until slightly chunky.

Step 3Add onion, and pulse 2-3 times. Pour into canning jars and refrigerate, or enjoy right away!
