Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh corn
- 1 1/2 cups copped onion
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup chpped green bell pepper
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon turmerc
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 medium zucchiisied 1/4 inch thick ( 4 cups )
How To Make fresh corn zucchini relish

Step 1In a large kettle or pot combine all ingredients except zucchini. Mix well.

Step 2Simmer uncovered 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

Step 3Add zucchini and simmer 20 minutes longer.

Step 4Put hot into clean canning jars to within 1/4 inch of the top. Wipe jar rim with paper towel.

Step 5Put in a boiling water bath canner for 20 minutes.
