fire and ice sauce
This is my own idea of what I want in a good sweet chile sauce..it is cool sweet then you feel the heat..great for chicken tenders..eggrolls..and I dip my hamburgers in it..yum

Ingredients
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic chile sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons concentrated orange juice
How To Make fire and ice sauce

Step 1Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor..blend well..( I used a stick blender and made it right in the sauce pan)

Step 2Heat in medium saucepan and simmer for five minutes.. Cool and store in fridge..use as a marinade..dipping sauce..ect
