This is my own idea of what I want in a good sweet chile is cool sweet then you feel the heat..great for chicken tenders..eggrolls..and I dip my hamburgers in it..yum

tomato sauce
1 c
2 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp
garlic chile sauce
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
garlic minced
1/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp
concentrated orange juice

How to Make Fire and Ice Sauce


  • 1Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor..blend well..( I used a stick blender and made it right in the sauce pan)
  • 2Heat in medium saucepan and simmer for five minutes..
    Cool and store in fridge..use as a marinade..dipping sauce..ect
