This is my own idea of what I want in a good sweet chile sauce..it is cool sweet then you feel the heat..great for chicken tenders..eggrolls..and I dip my hamburgers in it..yum

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1 c
    catsup
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic chile sauce
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic minced
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 c
    chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp
    concentrated orange juice

How to Make Fire and Ice Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor..blend well..( I used a stick blender and made it right in the sauce pan)
  2. Heat in medium saucepan and simmer for five minutes..
    Cool and store in fridge..use as a marinade..dipping sauce..ect
