easy peasy mexican layered salad

Ingredients
- 1 large iceburg lettuce head, sliced
- 28 ounces black beans, canned, rinced & drained
- 16 ounces corn, canned *if frozen defrost & drain*
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded *more if you wish*
- 1 large bag of tortillas, crushed
- DRESSING
- 16 ounces chipotle salsa
- 16 ounces avocado ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - juice & zest of one lime
How To Make easy peasy mexican layered salad

Step 1Combine dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add sliced lettuce to a large serving dish or pan. Layer beans, corn, onion, tomatoes and dressing on top. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.

Step 2Right before serving, add cheese and crushed tortilla chips on top. Enjoy
