My family loves Salsa! This is a wonderful, quick recipe. Easily adjusted to suit your family's taste.

Food Processor


  • 1 can(s)
    14 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    10 oz. original rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2
    small onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, peeled and smashed
  • 1/2 - 1
    jalapeno, seeded or not...depending on how spicy you want your salsa
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    cumin....if your family likes the taste of this spice...if not, leave it out or substitute with chili powder
  • ·
    cilantro, fresh...small handful, washed
  • 1
    lime, juiced and zested, pulp and pith discarded

How to Make Easiest Salsa You'll Ever Make!


  1. Put all the ingredients in the base of a food processor or good blender and pulse to combine for 30 seconds or so until all the ingredients are finely chopped and salsa is desired consistency. Taste for seasoning and adjust to taste. Serve with chips or over tacos.
