drema's "ultra-magnifico" bean dip

A personal fave of mine - good for all occasions and being that I am a muncher can eat on this tuff with a bag of chips for days! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3 cans refried beans
  • 2 large sour cream, cartons
  • 3 jars salsa, chucky style
  • 2 cups jalapenos, drained, sliced
  • 2 cups black olives, drained, sliced
  • 1 1/4 cups cheese, cheddar or mix, freshly grated
  • 3 bunches green onions, chopped

How To Make drema's "ultra-magnifico" bean dip

  • Step 1
    In microwave or saucepan, heat or warm all of refried beans.
  • Step 2
    In large oblong serving dish spread the first layer of refried beans on bottom. Spread a layer of sourcream next. Pour a layer of salsa over this. Sprinkle jalapenos, black olives for next layer. Sprinkle cheese as next layer and end with layer of green onions.
  • Step 3
    Repeat all layers again beginning with beans and ending with green onions. Cover and place in fridge for several hours. Serve with favorite chips or tortillas! Enjoy! Super Delishhhh!!!
