  • - 6 ounces cranberry juice frozen concentrate
  • - 1 cup dried cranberries
  • - 1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar
  • - 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • - 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

How To Make cranberry salsa

  • Step 1
    Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  • Step 2
    Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 3
    Reduce heat, simmer 5-10 minutes, until the onion is tender and the mixture thickens. Chill.
  • Step 4
    Refrigerate leftovers.
