Serve this with roast chicken, or turkey. Or, for an appetizer, spoon over a mound of cream cheese and serve with your favorite cracker.

    6 ounces cranberry juice frozen concentrate
  • ·
    1 cup dried cranberries
  • ·
    1/4-1/2 cup brown sugar
  • ·
    1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ·
    1 teaspoon orange zest
  • ·
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

How to Make Cranberry Salsa


  1. Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce heat, simmer 5-10 minutes, until the onion is tender and the mixture thickens. Chill.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers.
