Ingredients
- 1 can white shoepeg corn
- 1 can yellow shoepeg corn
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, diced
- 1 - jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup kraft extra virgin olive oil, basil parmesan vinaigrette
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried basil or fresh basil, diced
How To Make corn salsa & herb cheese ball

Step 1In a bowl combine the first eight ingredients.

Step 2In another bowl combine the cream cheese and the fresh or dried basil. Chill 10 minutes.

Step 3Roll cream cheese mixture into small balls and add to salsa.

Step 4Toss carefully. Chill at least 30 minutes to an hour.
