Ingredients

  • 1 can white shoepeg corn
  • 1 can yellow shoepeg corn
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, diced
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup kraft extra virgin olive oil, basil parmesan vinaigrette
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil or fresh basil, diced

How To Make corn salsa & herb cheese ball

  • Step 1
    In a bowl combine the first eight ingredients.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl combine the cream cheese and the fresh or dried basil. Chill 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Roll cream cheese mixture into small balls and add to salsa.
  • Step 4
    Toss carefully. Chill at least 30 minutes to an hour.
