    2 cans mexican blend corn
  • 2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    pickled jalapeno
  • 4 oz
    diced pimentos
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    adobo (optional)

How to Make Corn Salsa


  1. mix all ingredients and refridgerate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
