Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup pistachio,pinon or pumpkin seeds raw is best
- 2-3 - cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 - juice of 1 lemon or lime
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 1 - finely diced jalapeno
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated or feta cheese
How To Make cilantro pesto

Step 1Blend all ingredients in food processor until mixed well.Let stand for 1 hour in refrigerator before using. can be used immediately for a marinade.
