I start off by pan frying up my meat (adds nice flavor to the salsa-relish) Remove meat.
To same pan on high add thawed drained pepper and onion mix & peperchinni. Add cup of cherry cola & hot sauce to pan, bring to boil scrapping off bottom bits in pan. Turn to med and let reduce till soda is a nice glaze consistency. 20-30min.
Thats it, add to Your favorite meat, we made chicken sausages, this added great flavor to bland meat.
Keeps in refrigerator for a week, if it lasts. Bring to next cookout!
