I don't know where I found this recipe, but it is a big hit with my family. It is really good in the summer with fresh vegetables. You can also mutliply this recipe--I usually double it.

    corn, undrained (optional)

How to Make Black Bean Salsa

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredient and serve with corn chips.
  2. The longer it can sit and marinate, the better it tastes.
