I don't know where I found this recipe, but it is a big hit with my family. It is really good in the summer with fresh vegetables. You can also mutliply this recipe--I usually double it.

black beans, drained
green or red bell peppers, choppped
fresh cilantro (as much as you want)
salt and pepper
corn, undrained (optional)
How To Make
Mix all ingredient and serve with corn chips.
The longer it can sit and marinate, the better it tastes.
