black bean corn salsa

I made this for neighborhood gathering and served it with corn chips. They all asked for the recipe. We also like to add it over our taco salads.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup nakano seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 large jalapenos, fresh diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 can (16-oz,size) black beans rinse and drained
  • 1 can (16-oz,size) corn drained
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper- roasted and diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper-roasted and diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • large splash of lime

How To Make black bean corn salsa

  • Step 1
    Mix all together and let flavors blend for an hour. Put in fridge. Serve with corn chips
