I made this for neighborhood gathering and served it with corn chips. They all asked for the recipe. We also like to add it over our taco salads.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup nakano seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 large jalapenos, fresh diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 can (16-oz,size) black beans rinse and drained
- 1 can (16-oz,size) corn drained
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper- roasted and diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper-roasted and diced
- 1/2 cup green onions diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, fresh chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- large splash of lime
