best tasting salsa in michigan
We created a cookbook of employee recipes where I worked. Our general manager submitted this recipe. I have to admit I was skeptical knowing he had little to no talent in the kitchen. However, he proved me wrong when he created his mom's recipe for this salsa. My family and I have enjoyed this only salsa recipe I use since that time in 2004. It's fresh, crisp taste cannot be found in other salsa recipes...and I've tried alot of them.

-
Step 1in large bowl, combine everything in the order of ingredients. Stir and blend real well. It will not taste real good at first because the salsa must have time to marinate together. Place in fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
-
Step 2NOTE: This recipe can, of course, be doubled. CAUTION: Do NOT double the garlic salt. When doubling the recipe just add 2t more of garlic salt.
