This dry rub has just the right combination of sweet and spicy. We love it on a nice pork loin put on the grill or in the smoker.

  • 1/4 can brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder, hot
