Okay this is the rub I use on certain types of beef; such as: round, chuck, loin, and flank. I will change the heat by adjust the peppers, and chili powder. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • PLAN/PURCHASE
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt, fine grind
  • 2 teaspoons white pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dehydrated onion, finely ground
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder, mild or hot, your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
