Okay this is the rub I use on certain types of beef; such as: round, chuck, loin, and flank.

I will change the heat by adjust the peppers, and chili powder.

  • PLAN/PURCHASE

  • 1 Tbsp
    kosher salt, fine grind
  • 2 tsp
    white pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    dehydrated onion, finely ground
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder, mild or hot, your choice
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
