rib rub
I don't remember where I got this recipe... it is written on a scrap of paper and was hanging on my fridge by a magnet. Makes a very tasty rub.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fine sea salt
- 1½ tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprka
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1½ teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried, crushed bay leaf
- 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3/4 teaspoon ground savory
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1½ teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
How To Make rib rub

Step 1In small bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended.

Step 2Rub on ribs and allow to sit for several minutes before cooking in your normal fashion.
