coarse salt, kosher or sea

paprika

pure chili powder

garlic powder

ground cumin

dried oregano
2 Tbsp
dried thyme
1 Tbsp
cayenne pepper

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir or whisk to mix. Transfer to a large jar or individual containers; cover and store away from heat and light.
