pork bbq dry rub
Was looking for a good dry rub and made this on accident. It has a nice Smokey flavor and not as sweet as other rubs. Works very well on the Boston butt roasts. This recipe covered an almost 8 lb Boston roast and had some left over to use another time.

- 1 tablespoon a.1. bold original dry rub
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup light or dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons regular or smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
