Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable ol
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup irish whiskey
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 1 - juice of 1 lemon
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup condensed chicken broth
How To Make irish honey whiskey sauce

Step 1Place all ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 2Boil down to half, check consistency and boil down a bit more if needed.

Step 3Serve over meat, potatoes or vegetable hash.
