Delicious rub that is so easy to make a great tasting chicken.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

How To Make delicious bbq rub for chicken

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2

To use on chicken, lightly cover both sides of chicken pieces with olive oil.
Step 3

Spread the seasoning and rub onto all chicken surfaces. Bake on large oven safe cookie sheet covered with foil at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
Step 4

At this point you can eat the chicken or cover the pieces with barbecue sauce and cook under broiler for about 3 minutes.
