Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup shredded parmagiano reggianno
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make white sauce for flatbreads or pizza

Step 1In a small saucepan melt the butter over med. low heat. Whisk in the flour and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Whisk in the milk and bring to a boil. keep whisking.

Step 2Reduce the heat and add the garlic and Parm. whisk until thickened. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. let cool down.
