My Mother-in-Law makes this icing and it is SOOOO GOOD!!! And this is what I use on all my cakes and everyone loves this icing.

Ingredients

1 package 8-oz. cream cheese softened
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream

How To Make whipped icing

Step 1

Put cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and almond extract in a bowl and beat until smooth. Then gradually add the whipping cream a little at a time, while mixing, until all is mixed well. Then use on your cakes or cupcakes.
