1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1/2 cup sugar

How To Make whipped cream frosting, mom

Step 1

Cook milk and cornstarch until thick and cool completely. Beat butter and shortening for 15 min then gradually add sugar. Add cool milk mixture and beat 15 min more. Make sure the milk mixture is COLD. Top your dessert.
