How to Make Tsatziki Sauce

  1. Peel the cucumbers. Grate using a hand-held grater. Drain well. Use your hands to squeeze out the excess juice. Combine drained cucumbers with sour cream, yogurt, and seasonings. Mix well. Mixture should be thick.
  2. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Adjust seasonings to taste. **Remember** garlic gets more potent the longer it sits, so take that into consideration before adding more.
