Ingredients
- 1 can artichokes, canned and chopped, liquid reserved
- 3 large tomatoes, fresh and chopped
- 5 - garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup water, cold
- - milk
- 1/2 cup basil, fresh chopped
- - spinach noodles, cooked and drained
How To Make tomato/artichoke pesto pasta sauce

Step 1Saute onion in vinegar.

Step 2Add can of artichokes and liquid - make sure the pieces are bite-sized.

Step 3Mix flour with cold water; add to artichoke mixture and stir while cooking for approximately 5 minutes.

Step 4Skim milk can be added to thin mixture.

Step 5Add the chopped tomatoes, and basil and cook for another 10-15 minutes; serve over spinach noodles.
