The BEST Steak Sauce!

I have caught my daughter dipping everything from hotdogs to potato chips in this stuff. It never lasts long. Great on burgers too!



  •   2 c
  •   1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  •   1
    small onion minced
  •   1/2 c
    lemon juice
  •   1/2 c
  •   1/2 c
    worcestershire sauce
  •   1/2 c
    vinegar (i like to use cider)
  •   1/4 c
    soy sauce
  •   1/4 c
    packed brown sugar
  •   2 Tbsp
    prepared mustard (i like to use dijon)
  •   1/2 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 30 mins more. Adjust ingredients to taste. I usually end up adding a bit more brown sugar. You can strain it at this point if you want a smoother sauce. I leave it as is. Cover and chill 2 or more hours before serving. It's even better the next day.
