  • roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • warm water

How To Make thai peanut sauce

  • Step 1
    Empty the chili sauce into the bowl of the food processor
  • Step 2
    Turn food processor on
  • Step 3
    Add peanuts
  • Step 4
    When the mixture resembles a loose peanut butter, add the sesame oil and warm water to the consistency you want.
  • Step 5
    The sauce is better stiff if you are using it as a dip for vegetables
  • Step 6
    Add more water to the sauce if you are using it with meats
