Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Makes about 6 cups.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cans kidney beans, canned
- 1 cup tomato sauce, optional
- THIS IS A TEXAS HOT SAUCE THAT IS QUITE POPULAR IN OUR AREA. THE ORIGINAL COOKED ON THE STOVE TOP FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR. I CHANGED BY COOKING IN A SMALL CROCKPOT FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS ON HIGH AND IT IS READY FOR THE BARBACUE.
How To Make texas hot dog sauce

Step 1Put all through blender or food processor until smooth.

Step 2Put in crockpot on high for 3 to 4 hours until thick. It will thicken more when cooling. You may have to add more water.

Step 3It is ready to serve with chopped onion, mustard on onion, and sauce on all.
