- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup mirin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon each grated ginger and garlic
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
How To Make teriyaki glaze

Step 1Mix the cornstarch and water together and set aside. Mix all other ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat and whisk in the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.

Step 2Ladle into jars and store in refrigerator or use a pressure caner can the jars at 10 pounds pressure for 1 hour.
