My Momma's recipe for tartar sauce. She made this whenever Daddy fried fish! She also made hushpuppies and cole slaw to go along with the meal. This was our favorite Friday night supper.

Ingredients
- 1 cup good mayonnaise, such as kraft or hellman's
- 2 - 2 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish according to taste
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/2 tablespoon horseradish
