This is something a friend of ours makes, for serving with fried flounder. Russell is a charter fishing captain in his spare time, and he also works on a tug boat. We've compared fishing stories with him for years. When he comes ashore, I always enjoy talking with him. He has taught me other things too, like vocabulary. Some people look like ordinary folks,but fishermen often have a lot of knowledge under their caps! Try this sometime, it's so simple and really good.

- 1/2 bottle major grey's chutney (mangoes)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Step 1I don't have a jar of chutney, so I can't tell you how many ounces it is, but about half a jar would be mixed with an equal amount of mayonnaise.

Step 2Stir and chill for a short while before serving with fried flounder. Any fresh caught bottom fish like flounder would be great fried and served with this sauce on the side.
