Ingredients

1 1/2 c
cider vinegar
1 c
ketchup
1/4 tsp
hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 c
brown sugar, lightly packed

How to Make Tangy Mop & Sop Sauce

Step-by-Step

  • 1In med.saucepan, whisk all ingredients together. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove sauce from heat. Taste for seasoning, add more hot pepper sauce, if desired. Serve hot, warm or at room temp. Use immediately or pour into container with tight fitting lid. Cool then cover tightly, refrigerate up to 7 days. Makes about 21/2 cups.
